Vaillant trained professionals will have different levels of training. Ask to see what level the engineer has been trained to. There are few different levels of training. For example in the Vaillant Ecotec range, an engineer can be trained by Vaillant to Ecotec Level 1 and Level 2. In addition there are product specific training, ie Vaillant controls specialist would require ‘Vaillant Controls Installation and Setup’ training.
